Everyone knows that the festive season is the time for giving, and here at Smiley we take any opportunity to spread smiles and happiness to the world around us!

Continuing the amazing work by the Smiley Fund in 2017, this season Smiley has teamed up with Imperial Health Charity to support hospital patients facing real financial crisis this Christmas.

Our deft designers at Smiley HQ have taken our iconic Smiley logo and created three exclusive twists on the iconic character for Imperial Health Charity’s Christmas fundraising campaign, The Wishing Tree Appeal.

These unique designs will be featured on special Smiley baubles, to be hung from the charity’s Christmas Wishing Trees at Charing Cross, Hammersmith, Queen Charlotte’s & Chelsea, St Mary’s, and Western Eye hospitals between now and January.

In exchange for a small donation of £5 to the Wishing Tree appeal, donors can write a personal Christmas wish to be printed on one of our special Smiley baubles, and you can choose from a winking Smiley, a laughing Santa Claus Smiley, and a happy Christmas penguin Smiley!

All proceeds from this amazing event will go towards Imperial Health Charity’s hardship fund, which provides emergency grants for patients and their families at times of extreme financial difficulty. This covers everything from travel, accommodation, food, clothing costs, allowing for families to stay together while a loved one is seriously ill in hospital – something especially important during the holiday season.

A small donation could make a big difference to the lives of struggling families during the festive season, so please give generously and help spread a little bit of happiness and goodwill during the holidays! 🙂
